E40通規(guī)7006-27-7  檢測(cè)方法

目的： 檢驗(yàn)成品燈上E40燈頭螺紋*大尺寸和尺寸T1*小值。

檢測(cè)方法： 當(dāng)成品燈上的燈頭完全旋入量規(guī)內(nèi)時(shí)，燈頭中心觸點(diǎn)應(yīng)與X面共面或凸出X面。

“GO” GAUGE FOR CAPS ON FINISHED LAMPS-E40

Purpose : To check the maximum dimensions of the screw thread and dimension T1 minimum of E40 caps on finished lamps.

Testing :When the cap on a finished lamp has been screwed into the gauge as far as it will go,the centre contact shall be co-planar with , or project beyond , surface X .

目       的：檢驗(yàn)成品燈上E40燈頭螺紋*小外徑(尺寸d)。

使用方法：a)  把量規(guī)套在成品燈（燈頭向上）的燈頭螺紋上時(shí)，燈頭中心觸點(diǎn)不應(yīng)凸出X面。

b) 檢驗(yàn)僅利用量規(guī)自身重量進(jìn)行。

 "NOT GO" GAUGE FOR CAPS ON FINISHED LAMPS

Purpose : To check the minimum outside (major) diameter of the screw thread , dimension d,of E40 caps on finished lamps.

Testing : When the gauge is placed over the thread of the cap on a finished lamp,held cap uppermost,
the centre contact shall not project beyond surface X.
Only the weight of the gauge itself shall be used in the test .

目       的：用來(lái)檢測(cè)燈與IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)燈座的接觸性能

使用方法：將被測(cè)試燈推入量規(guī)，能直至W面接觸到V面或者超過(guò)V面，則表示接觸性能良好。否則不符合要求。

GAUGE  FOR FINISHED LAMPS FITTED WITH E40 CAPS FOR TESTING CONTACT MAKING

Purpose : To check lamp dimensions for contact making in I.E.C. holders

TESTING: The shape of the lamp with regard to the fit in the lampholder is assumed be correct , if the lamp can be pushed into the gauge till plane W reaches plane V or projects beyond it.

目       的：用來(lái)檢測(cè)燈防止意外接觸保護(hù)

使用方法：當(dāng)燈完全插入量規(guī)內(nèi)時(shí)，如果W面沒(méi)有凸出V面，則可認(rèn)為燈的形狀對(duì)于防意外接觸性能是合格的。

Purpose : To check protection against accidental contact.

TESTING: The shape of the lamp with regard to protection against accidental contact is assumed to be correct if the test sample being pushed as far as possible into the gauge, plane W does not protrude beyond plane V.
